About us

Google Business Profile management, and nothing else

We get local businesses found on Google Maps across the area they actually serve, not just at their own address. One service, done properly, month after month.

What do we actually do?

We run Google Business Profiles for local businesses, week in and week out. That means the categories, the services list, the business description, the posts, the photos, the questions and answers, and the replies to reviews. It is unglamorous work and most of its value comes from it being done consistently rather than cleverly.

Alongside that, we measure where the profile ranks on Google Maps, not at your front door but across the area you actually serve. That measurement is the part most people have never seen for their own business, and it is usually the part that changes how they think about the problem.

Why is one ranking number not enough?

Almost every rank tracker checks one point on the map, usually your own address, and reports a single number. At your own address you will nearly always look fine, because Google is answering a search from the exact spot your business sits on.

Customers are not standing at your address. They are two suburbs over, searching on a phone, and Google answers them from where they are. So we scan a grid of points across your service area and record your position at each one. The result is a map rather than a number, and it shows you the shape of the problem: the pockets where you are the first result, and the pockets a few miles away where you do not appear at all.

That map is what we send you for free before any conversation about money, because it is the only honest way to tell whether you need help and where.

Who is this built for?

Local businesses in the United States and Canada that get customers from a specific area and compete on Google Maps. Trades are where we go deepest, plumbing, HVAC and auto services above all, but the work is the same for clinics, salons, restaurants, law firms, gyms and most other businesses with a real catchment area.

We work entirely remotely, so where you are inside the US and Canada does not matter. What matters is that you own a Google Business Profile, or are eligible for one, and that you serve customers in person.

Who is it not for?

Businesses with no local presence and no service area. If your customers can be anywhere and you never meet them, Google Maps is not your channel and we would be selling you the wrong thing.

Anyone who wants a guaranteed first position. Nobody can promise that, and an agency that does is either guessing or planning to show you a rigged measurement later. We will tell you what we think is achievable and then show you the grid every month so you can check our work.

Anyone looking for review manipulation. We will ask for reviews from your real customers and we will help you reply to the bad ones properly. We will not write, buy or filter them, and we will not take the job if that is what is wanted.

Other agencies looking to resell this under their own name. We work directly with the business that owns the profile.

How does working with us start?

Ask for the free rank check. You pick your business from a list of real Google listings, tell us the search term you care about, and we scan your area and email you the map. There is no call required to get it and no card involved.

If the map shows a problem worth fixing, book a fifteen-minute consultation and we will tell you which plan fits and what we would do first. Plans are month to month with no contract and no setup fee. You keep ownership of your profile the entire time and simply add us as a manager, which you can revoke whenever you like.

You can reach us at [email protected], see what we charge on the pricing page, or read how we handle your details in our privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses outside your own city?+

Yes. Everything we do is remote, so we work with businesses across the United States and Canada. The grid scan is run against your service area wherever it is, and the weekly profile work does not require anyone to be local to you.

Do I keep control of my Google Business Profile?+

Always. The profile stays in your name and you add us as a manager. You can remove our access at any time without asking us, and nothing about the profile leaves with us if you do.

Is there a contract?+

No. Plans run month to month, there is no setup fee, and you can cancel by email. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year of them.

Can you guarantee I will rank first?+

No, and we would treat that promise as a warning sign from anyone who makes it. Google decides rankings and competition differs street by street. What we will do is show you where you stand across your area before you pay anything, tell you what we think is realistic, and then send you the same grid every month so you can judge whether it is working.

Do you write or buy reviews?+

No. We help you ask real customers for reviews and we help you reply well, including to the negative ones. Fake reviews break Google's rules, get profiles suspended, and are not something we will do at any price.

What do you need from me to get started?+

For the free rank check, nothing but your business name, the search term you care about, and an email address. If you go ahead with a plan, we need manager access to your Google Business Profile and a short conversation about your services and service area.
